It was a beautifully cold Christmas morning for us, and to make it better the sun was shinning!!!
We ventured back into the Redwoods to see what we could find.
Those three photos are of one tree, it had obviously fallen over.
You really can't explain the experience of being among these trees, it's beyond breathtaking!
We found snow, and if it wasn't just on the side of the interstate we would have stopped and let he kids play...boo interstate!
Walking with these giants, I could do it everyday!!! So peaceful and calming.
We did just what I wanted to do, spend Christmas in the Redwoods.
Dinosaurs has been the theme of our year so it was rather fitting that they all got a new dinosaur for Christmas.
Ruby got an old school view finder and it came with 3 dvd's....after parental review these aren't the greatest
Aunt Beffie got us new books!
Thomas loves his tractor book.
I'm not sure who is more excited about this one, Ruby or Daddy???
In case you didn't know, Ruby loves mazes!
Thomas was over the moon for Jakes new book!
Thomas also got the Big Book of Bugs....guess what mom isn't thrilled??? But he sure loves it and loves quizzing Daddy on all the creepy crawlies!
Merry Christmas
