Halloween

I was awoken this morning at about 7:20am to two feet moving in a kicking motion from my back to my head. There was no crying involved just kicking, and I laid there with my eyes closed hoping someone would fall back to sleep.....I was Wrong!!!

In a few short minutes this little person would start investigating the bed and try to find a way off. She started her play scream to Blu to come rescue her...

At that moment I realized I have the perfect life!

I often question myself as to wether I am a good parent or not...I've only got just short of 17 months experience right now...and then look at my parents, I then tell myself yes I am awesome!!!

Both my parents gave up so much for us kids, mroe than I've given up! My mom took a job instead of staying at home with us 24/7...I partly blame my dad for that, he's where I get my shopping problem from!!!

My mom left her family to follow my dad around and to keep food on our plates and a roof over our heads!!!

My dad is currently turning in his grave, one word....Superbee...you probably don't get it but the family does!

I hear stories from my mom, "Your father told me to break his arm before I'd ever let him reenlist again!!!" Yet my dad did 22 years and if California wasn't on the table he would have stayed in alot longer!

Mom gave up the party days when us kids showed up...and dad gave up the parties but not the drinks!!!

My parents were the best and I could never ask for a better example of what family really is!!!

There are many occassions where we don't make it to the next paycheck....groceries go on the credit card and I cringe!!!

That college education I didn't finish still haunts me everyday!

6 days out of the week I regret adopting the dog...we pay more in vet bills on him than we do medical bills on ourselves!!!

But both those animals put the biggest smiles on our faces!!!

Theres many days in which I want to punch my husband in the face and run away, but I was raised to stick it out!

On marriage...in-laws??? I love mine to death, but theres always someone!!! We both see eye to eye on this subject!!!

At the end of the day... none of that matters, money will come when it's needed ( I've been told thats why we have that secret bank account in Seychelles), School may or may not happen, I have the best animals anyone could ever ask for, as much as I want to punch him hes my sanity and I'm most certain he'd punch me if he had the chance, and in-laws well we are all new at some point and we learn each other and soon fall in love with them just like we did our spouse!!!



So I can say thankyou to both my parents for giving up so much for us and showing us what family was...even when "family" was 5+ states away!!!

And I can also say thankyou to my mother-in-law, she raised the most amazing man and gave me the perfect father for my daughter!!!

I truely have the most amazing life ever.....
