Swings and Mac-n-Cheese

We are taking advantage of California while we are here and getting out to see this state...to the best that we can.

Sunday we went out to Coronado for a wonderful park and went to a what we though was a simple little restaurant.

But before we could take off Jake and Rascal took their afternoon nap...yep adorable again!

Thomas doesn't do well with a ton of people around...it's just the way he is, our own personal introvert! 

But he just adores the swings, so most of our time was spent at the swings.

That Face!!!!!!!!

I found a wonderful little burger place, but there wasn't enough room for Tommy to be comfortable taking three kids in!

So he said "Let's go check out that Leroys place, it seemed simple and they have outdoor seating!"

We get there, can't get beer if you sit outside and a kids Mac-n-cheese was $9...we were committed and just had to stay at that point!

Tommy enjoyed a Belching Beaver beer, Thomas smashed his $9 mac-n-cheese and well this Mom just sat back and watched the dollars fall on the floor and get thrown around the place (Thomas is great at flinging food!)

It was a nice little place though, very welcoming to the small people for being a fancy spot to eat.

The kids enjoyed it and loved the waiter...and the waiter enjoyed Tommys sense of "I have children" humor!
The waiter offered whiskey for the kids, but we were certain some people would frown upon that so we kindly declined!

It was good fun all around!

To finish the night the children were forced into hard labor by cleaning up their toys...which means placing them in our mouths and walking them to the bin!
